State-of-the-art filtration process
All types of bottled water are not the same; Bailley has a state-of-the-art treatment system which removes undesirable substances that can impact the quality of water.
Each jar before filling undergoes the following Automatic Cleaning, Rinsing,
Disinfecting process:
First the jars are physically inspected and accepted quality jars are washed & brushed externally using
Food Safe detergent followed by external cleaning with clean water.Jars are then subjected to multiple stages of Internal pressurized rinsing jets with Food Safe Disinfectant
& Hot water.Before Filling, Jars are internally rinsed with Ozonated Product water followed by Automatic Filling &
Capping.
